1. At the time of admission a student must produce a satisfactory evidence of the date of birth such as a birth certificate for the PG and KG (must be shown) and a Transfer Certificate of the previous school from Class I upward. The original & photocopy of the previous school’s mark sheet of a class lower than to which the child is seeking admission must be submitted by the 2nd week of April or within 2 weeks of taking admission failing which the admission stands cancelled.
2. A student will be admitted only on passing the class mentioned on the Transfer Certificate and to no higher class nor will a student be promoted before the end of a school calendar year.
3. The school leaving certificate of a student joining the school from classes VII to VIII must be countersigned by the educational authorities of the district in which the previous school is situated for children coming from any city/state.
4. No fresh admission will be granted to class X & XII.
5. Application on a prescribed form available from the school, for the school leaving certificate should be made in writing by the parent/guardian.
6. A school leaving certificate will not be issued until all the fees are paid. Those who leave in mid session will have to pay for the full term.
7. A fee of Rs. 450 will be charged for a T.C. and this will be issued only ten days after the receipt of the withdrawal form duly signed by the guardian. A duplicate copy of T.C. shall be made available on payment of Rs. 550/-. If a T.C. is to be counter signed by the education authorities, an extra fee of Rs. 150/- will be charged. An additional Rs. 100/- will be levied for issue of character certificate. If the character and Birth Certificate are called for, the charges would be Rs. 500/- for classes KG to VIII Mid-Session charges Rs. 100/-
8. In case of new admission in the mid session, a child has to pay fees for all the 12 months whereas for the transport facility it will only be charged from the month of admission.
